and expanding client list. Our plans are to grow organically
whilst maintaining a niche market focus with an increased
emphasis on expanding our client base internationally, particularly
within mainland Europe.

have invested significantly in IT systems to automate the
recruitment process.

We are seeking the following:
Recruitment Consultant (leading to team leader) - any discipline
Experience in the recruitment sector is not essential although
you must have an understanding of finance departments and
particularly how they use IT or at least a general background
in business systems / applications. You should be able to
demonstrate the desire and experience to start, develop
and maintain a new sub-division.
Your motivation should be to exceed the expectations of
clients and candidates without compromising ethics or standards.
We work in a collaborative environment therefore lone ‘recruitment
superstars’ are unlikely to do well here. We do not
encourage a culture of chasing short term financial gain,
we much rather build long term relationships through trust
and partnership.
£45k basic + profit share (approx £30k) + usual
benefits.
